The goal of Massey Brokerage LLC is to help our clients reach a goal, have success, and accomplish the task at hand. We want to truly help our clients navigate the process in their best interest. Just working for a commission is not what we are here to do. Our main focus is to build/maintain relationships and gain future opportunities to do business together, whether that be with another purchase sale, development, or real estate investing.
Charlie Massey, Broker, graduated Cum Laude from Valdosta State University with a Bachelors of Business Management. He played college football for 2 years. While in School Charlie began practicing real estate. Upon graduation, Charlie began his career with Massey Management
Systems as a construction project manager. Charlie has played a significant role in the development and construction of senior living developments over several years. He has been involved with the purchase, rezone, and redevelopment of an office park into a senior independent living community. Charlie has been involved with several projects involving purchase of raw land, gaining entitlements, development, and construction. Charlie developed, constructed, owns, and operates an Ellianos Coffee franchise in Athens, GA. Charlie has gone on to open Massey Brokerage LLC, and is excited to help you with your real estate needs. Charlie enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his wife, Kaitlyn, and son, Grayson, and watching sports.

Spence Massey, Licensee, graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2022 with a
bachelor degree in Finance from the Scheller College of Business, along with a certificate in Real
Estate Development. Spence has worked in project management for a national commercial
construction company in Atlanta. His projects consisted of additions and renovations to the
Atlanta International Airport as well as ground up multi-story mixed-use developments. Spence
now works with Massey Management Systems as a project manager building spec homes at
Lake Oconee. Spence has a lot of knowledge in the real estate field, and is eager to put his
expertise to work for you! Spence’s hobbies include golfing, fishing, and almost anything
outdoors.

Parker Shaw, Licensee, graduated from UGA with a degree in Business Management from the Terry College of Business, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge to the real estate business. Parker now owns and operates Oconee Athens Roofing along with his real estate business. Before his time at Oconee Athens Roofing, Parker spent 6 years at a property management company local to Athens where he served as the Facilities Coordinator for a property with over 2,000 beds. Parker learned a lot of construction knowledge through his previous experience as a project manager on several projects including remodels, custom-home builds, and new commercial constructions.
Parker’s passion is to operate a service-based business. A problem solver and communicator, Parker will be in touch with you throughout the transaction…from start to finish!
